Straight and beautiful hairstyles are always trendy – and this…
If you want to create a quick curled look in 5 minutes or less, Lionesse has a treat for you today. In this blog posting, we will show you some of the ways you can get a super cute style while you maintain plenty of time to take care of everything else in the morning while you’re rushing around. Let’s take a few minutes to see what your options are for a fast curled style.
5 Minute Curl Method
This is one of the quickest and easiest ways to create a curled style in 5 minutes. Put your hair into a high ponytail on top of your head and go in with your preheated curling iron or curling wand, curling the ponytail wrapped hair with a medium barreled curling iron throughout the entirety of the ponytail. Spray the curls with a firm hold hairspray, and then gently remove the elastic from the hair. Tousle the hair a bit and voila – simple and easy as pie, and you have a head full of gorgeous curls in five minutes!
For those with natural curly hair, you know the struggles of maintaining your beautiful natural curls – but today, that changes. Today, you can wake up, embrace your curls, apply a good hair serum to your curls, use some sea salt spray to scrunch, and if necessary a bit of curl boosting mousse – and you’re ready to walk out the door. It doesn’t get much easier or better than that!
For those of you who still love your hot rollers, setting them in your hair may actually take more than five minutes – but it will only require about 5 minutes of time for the curls to actually set in and form, and once you remove them, you will have a great wavy to curled look in no time.
You can create a simple pin curl style at night before you head to bed, to wake up in the morning to beautiful curls – and all you’ll need to do is take them out before you head out the door, tousle a little, and spray with a bit of hairspray. Pin curls can be created on damp or dry hair, but they do tend to work best on damp hair. Simply wind small sections of hair up and around your finger to the root, remove from the finger while keeping the curl in place, and pin to your head with bobby pins. Ensure all of the curls are going the same way when you pin them in place. Once your entire head is completed, which will take about 30 minutes to an hour depending on your hair length, secure the hair and pins with a silk scarf. Go to bed, and once you get up in the morning, remove the pins from your hair. You will have gorgeous curls that will last all day – possibly for two days – with a simple bit of hairspray. It’s magic!
