Sheet face masks have become a popular skin care trend…
It’s easy to feel limited when it comes to your hairstyles in the office. But, you go to the office multiple times per week so finding some inspiration for new hair looks that are still appropriate for a business casual work environment is essential to preventing hair boredom. We decided to group a few of our favorite work appropriate hair styles to help get you inspired for your office hair looks.
Half Up, Half Down
Like the low side braid, there’s something about the half up half down hairstyle that never gets old. You can play around with different ways to accomplish this look, if you want something more modern opt for a more slicked back look. If you want something that’s a bit more relaxed, pull out a few face-framing pieces.
There’s something so effortless and chic about a low, side-swept braid. It’s easy to do and always looks modern and fresh. All you have to do is create a deep side part, sweep your hair to the side and create the braid. To add to the fresh, effortless feel loosen the braid a bit and pull out a few of the pieces that frame you face.
Mix Up the Parts
If you wear your hair down often and don’t want to, pull it back but want something different, trying mixing up your parts. Whether it’s a center part or deep side part it will feel a little different without a whole lot of added effort. Now if you want something really different, try a part like a zig-zag style. The zig-zag look is great for adding a little touch of something different and unique but allows you to wear your hair down, straight, or however you choose.
Add a Headband (or Accessory)
Another super easy way to switch up your work hairstyle is adding a hair accessory. Headbands are great if you want to add some texture or fun detail to your look, they’re great when worn with your hair down, half up, or all up. You can definitely have fun with a headband. Another option is using bobby pins to pin back any side swept bangs. Twist or do a little braid to the bangs and pin them back with a bobby pin for an easy, but chic work hairstyle look.
When it comes to hairstyles at the office it’s important to keep things easy for yourself. You’re not going to want a hairstyle that leaves you having to fuss around all day at the office. Keep it easy, fuss-free but have fun with it! There are a ton of other ways that you can style your hair easily, but switch things up. If you’re a clip-in extension kind of girl, all of these hairstyles are great to allow you to hide where the clip in are without having to create an elaborate hairstyle.
